A Growing Pleasure is a new established supplier of fresh cress, baby leaf salads and micro-salads to Ireland's leading 4 and 5 star restaurants. These salads are used as garnish. The products have been endorsed by a number of Michelin starred chefs, including Dylan McGrath. A Growing Pleasure has 55 to 60 salads lines available during the summer growing season and 400 lines are possible.
